A little about me

Hi I'm Melissa!

I'm a wellness enthusiast. I'm a wife. I'm a mom (to two beautiful humans and an amazing dog). I'm a nature lover. I'm a ballerina. I'm a cook. I'm a Stage 3 breast cancer survivor.


I've been in this field for over 20 years and I'm constantly learning more and educating myself to ensure my clients get the best of the best when it comes to fitness and wellbeing. When you work with me you get my experience, you get details, you get results. I work with your body and lifestyle to ensure the work we do together will be sustainable well beyond our sessions. Together, we'll create a lifestyle that enhances your life and wellbeing - and you'll feel great! 


I'm also human, I understand that life is messy and unpredictable. As a mom of two little ones, I know that juggling life can be tough, and self-care can often go on the back burner. As a breast cancer survivor, I know that life can change in an instant. I listen to you, and work with the body and mind that I get on that day.


I am here to tell you that you CAN get where you want to be with a little grit, positivity and hard work and I'm with you every step of the way.

Sessions can be in person (based on location) or virtual. All sessions are 50 minutes.

Private Pilates

$115.00

Pilates is a mind-body exercise method that focuses on multiple pillars of fitness and wellbeing, such as strength, flexibility, mobility, and postural alignment. 

No Reformer needed (unless you have one of course!) we'll work together with the use of small props and purposeful movement to give your body a well rounded workout that is safe and effective.

Private Personal Training

$115.00

Strength, mobility, flexibility, and functional movement are all incorporated into your sessions to give you a well-rounded, safe, and effective workout. Your workouts are designed specifically for you and your goals. There's no template; it's all about you.

Health Coaching (virtual)

$115.00

As a holistic health coach, I meet you where you are in your journey towards your best self and together, we'll create realistic goals to get you where you want to be. Whether it's nutrition, stress management, fitness, sleep or a mix of everything - I can help you feel your best!


Group Sessions

Grab your friends and let's work out! Functional movement, mobility, strength and flexibility are all incorporated into these workouts. Get ready to feel great and strong! All sessions are 50 minutes. Minimum of 4 people in a group.
